Facilitating Dialogue for Energy Efficiency Planning

In collaboration with Raab Associates and Birch Road Consulting, Common Spark co-facilitated the Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee (EEAC) as they developed recommendations in their  Three-Year Planning process for MassSave energy efficiency programs. The facilitation team worked with the Department of Energy Resources and their consultants to support conversations with the Energy Efficiency Advisory Council to successfully refine and adopt recommendations for the next Three-Year-Plan.
