Strategic Planning for Energy Equity and Racial Justice

The Greenlining Institute brought in Common Spark Consulting to conduct a strategic planning process for the Energy equity team. This work included interviews and background research on the previous recent work of the team and developing priority work areas within the near future. Common Spark hosted several strategy sessions, including a full day retreat, which resulted in a strategic plan that integrated with the broader organizational strategic planning process.
