Guiding a National Environmental Nonprofit’s Housing Justice Strategy

In its efforts to develop its first organization-wide housing strategy, NRDC reached out to Common Spark Consulting to produce a landscape assessment of the housing policy space as it intersects with climate and energy, as well as an internal assessment of NRDC’s past and existing housing-related work. This effort involved interviews with over two dozen staff members, two listening sessions, and several months of research.
